Across Asia, Better Stands is showing that responsible stand design can benefit everyone involved.
At SECON 2025, Asia’s largest trade show for physical and cyber security, the team focused on helping exhibitors reduce stand heights and simplify complex booth structures. This supported more efficient builds, helped ease pressure on client budgets, and still allowed exhibitors to deliver strong, branded stands.
The approach also benefits operations teams through smoother processes and less overtime, creating a practical win-win for clients and organisers.
At CBME, Better Stands was built into every stage of planning for the child, baby and maternity product industries. Exhibitors were offered multiple stand design packages based on their size requirements and budgets, making it easier to choose modular, reusable options.
The results were clear: 192 Better Stands packages sold, covering 61% of the total floor area using stands.
Onsite promotion, exhibitor directory logos, booth recognition and awards helped keep Better Stands visible throughout the event. Move-out was faster and safer too, supported by more modular stand designs.
Together, SECON and CBME show how Better Stands can support exhibitors, improve operations and make more responsible stand choices easier to adopt.
