The team set out to reduce disposable stand space without losing the high-quality look and feel expected at one of the world’s leading healthcare events. In a market where low-cost disposable materials are still widely used, that meant working closely with contractors and exhibitors rather than simply setting new rules.

Through practical design reviews, clear guidance and small, achievable changes, the team helped exhibitors identify quick wins. In some cases, a few adjustments were enough to move a stand from Bronze to Silver.
